On April 28, at the Chishajiao Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 11, the last section of rail was successfully welded, marking the successful completion of the long track of Guangzhou's first subway ring line. The track project thus enters the stage of line fine-tuning and installation of ancillary equipment.

So far, the civil engineering works for Metro Line 11 (Guangzhou Railway Station - Pazhou - Guangzhou Railway Station) have reached a completion rate of 98%. Station construction is ongoing with two stations already opened to the public, roofs sealed on 28 stations, and one station undergoing civil engineering construction. Furthermore, all 32 sections of the line have been connected. The Chisha depot and all stations are undergoing mechanical and electrical construction.
